Return & Exchange Policy

At Kirosme, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. To make this process as smooth as possible, please see our return policy below.

Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  2. Packaging: The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  3. Invoice: The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customised or personalized items
  • Gift cards or any items purchased on sale
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@kirosme.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send the returned item.
  3. Pack and Send: Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags. Please write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, usually within 5-7 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kirosme.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@kirosme.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team upon your return request.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
