Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at support@kirosme.com. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipment:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds:
For orders canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started. If you have any questions or need assistance with cancellations, please contact our customer support team at support@kirosme.com.
